He is survived by: his wife Maxine Coffey; his children, Christopher Coffey (Amy), Violet and Willow; his siblings, Doug Coffey (Kimberly), Mary Coffey and John Coffey (Debbie); his nephews, Matt and Mike; his brother Greg Coffey (Kim); and his siblings' children, Emily, Justin, Olivia, Jordan, Anna, Jared, Elise, Jason and Sean Kubicek.
