It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Haines Sr. of Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Haines and Bessie Haines. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Haines, Eda Nielsen (Scott) and Robert Haines, Jr. (Beverley); his nephew Henry "Buddy" Haines; and his sister Edith Sausaman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
