He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Phelps and Kenneth Phelps; and his brother Harry. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Jeanne; his nieces and nephews, Mary, Dana, Leslie, Evan, Jake, Darren, Cassie, Emma, Grace and Finn; and his caregiver Bob.
