He was predeceased by: his brothers, Matthew Aaron and Michael Joseph Ratliff; and his grandparents, Carl, Opal Watson and Raymond.
He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Ratliff of Concordia, KS and Peter Ratliff; his son Kaysen Dean Ratliff Jacobs; and his siblings, Lisa Ratliff of Concordia, KS and Peter Ratliff. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorials to be made to the Friends of O'Connor Animal, Shelter in care of Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home, 1616 Poyntz.
