She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gosroski and Rose Gosroski (Sylva); her sister Rosemary Foglia; and her former husband Elton Darrah. She is survived by: her close friend Martin L. Barry; her brother Charles "Sonny" Gosroski; her children, Terry Darrah Bailey, Mark (Julia) and Chris Darrah (Jan); her grandchildren, Jason Barry (Mary), Jennifer Leggio, Jason Bailey (Terry), Riki and Shailey Darrah (Chris); her stepgrandchildren, Kelley Casey and Ross McKinney (Jan); and her stepgreat-granddaughter Danielle (Mary).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Home of the Flint Hills, 11771 Legacy Pl, St George, KS 66535, which cared for Shirley in her last couple of years of aggressive dementia.
