With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen D. Capps of Manhattan, Kansas, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on July 4, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Capps and OraLee Capps; and his sisters, Janlyn Kaspari (Bruce) and Sharon Gail Trax (Clifford). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Capps; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Williams of Cottage Grove, Bob Maner (Jo) of Collinsville and Betty Maner (James) of Manhattan, Kansas. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews, and his great-nieces and great nephews.
