She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Lowery (Louis) of Dickson, TN and Sam Humphreys (Lynn) of Emporia, KS; her sister-in-law Jan Blackford Dukes (Pat) of Oklahoma City, OK; her siblings' children, Michelle Vermilyea (Todd) of Dickson, TN, Lisa Lowery of Dickson, TN, Sunnin Keosybounheuang (John) of Emporia, KS, Serrell Humphreys of Kansas City, MO, Samantha Rhoads (Luke) of Emporia, KS, Mike Lowery (Alice) of Leon, KS, Jason Lowery (Diane) of Augusta, KS, Dusty Humphreys (Amanda) of Emporia, KS and Jason Dukes (Meredith) of Yukon, OK; and her husband Joseph Blackford II. She is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
