She is survived by: her children, Ollie Howard, Jessie Lee and Jodie Ann Swisher; her grandchild Raven Ann; her child Leslie Howard; her grandchildren, LeiAnne and Monte; her son Clifton Foreman (Elizabeth); her granddaughter Brianna Foreman; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Braxton and Casper; her granddaughter Georgia Adolph (Jason); her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Robinson, Jordan Machado and Jody Foreman; Nathan Foreman and Gage Foreman.
