It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Girard of Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gaspard Julian and Alma Beatrice Girard (Ribordy). He is survived by : his children, Susan Bloom, Sandi Renz Salina (Charles "Skeeter") and Andy Girard Wamego (Meaghan). He is also survived by Eight Grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
