He was predeceased by: his grandfather Lonnie J. Toole; his great-grandparents, James (Jim) and Juan Bernice Toole (June); his uncle Alan L. Toole; his great-grandparents, Clifford and Della Harmon; and his great-uncle Dan Romero.
He is survived by: his father Dustin Toole of Meade; his foster parents, Angel Hernandez and Amelia Hernandez (Vargas) of Manter; his brothers, Jase Toole and Nash Toole of Johnson; his grandparents, Bobbie Kay Harmon and David Adkins of Fresno, California; his uncle James Wade (Tessa Toole); and his foster siblings, Ysabel Vargas of Granada, Nonie Aguirre (Johan) of Granada, Gerarda Vargas of Johnson and Victoria Martinez (Vargas) of Johnson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
