She is survived by : her parents, John Lundblade and Jackie Barnes (Chub); her husband Richard Jurgens of Maple Hill, KS; her sons, Elijah Jurgens of Maple Hill, KS and Aubry Jarvis (Allison) of Lincoln, NE; her grandchild Mallory; her children, Chelsea Mullinix (Kevin) of Topeka, KS and Garhett Jurgens of Mammoth Lake, CA; her siblings, Joe Oswalt (Amy) of Burr, NE, Scott Lundblade (Suzie) of St. Joe, MO, Paul Ferguson (Debbie), Candi Porter (Pat) of St. Paul, KS, Rodney Acker of St. Mary's, KS, Crystal Stevens of Eudora, KS, Lacy Acker of Silver Lake, KS and Tammy Acker of Topeka, KS; and her grandson Kadin Stevens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
