He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Richmond and Wanda Richmond; his sister Rhonda Schinnerer; his brother-in-law Myles Zeller; and his grandparents, Les, Opal Gilbert, Fritz and Henrietta Richmond.

He is survived by: his wife Ramona Richmond; his children, Rebecca Young (Bobby) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Ryan Richmond of Tampa, Kansas; his granddaughter Parker Richmond; his brothers, Rodney Richmond (Diane) of Marion, Kansas and Bradley Hudgens (Marlene) of Wichita, Kansas; his brothers-in-law, Scott Inman of Summerville, Ed Zeller (Delaine) of Lawrence and David Zeller (Stephanie) of McPherson, Kansas.; his nieces and nephews, Damion Schinnerer, Amber Thompson (Scott), Erin Reagan (Corbin), Jordan, Jacob Inman, Brandon, Tyler, Emily, Dylan Zeller and Eric Zeller; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Miles, Ada Thompson, Nora, Wren, Kate Reagan and Brinley Zeller.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be made to an FFA chapter in Randy's honor.
