She is survived by: her former husband Duane Borman; her children, Lance Borman (Rachel), Lisa Maples (Greg) and Luke Borman; her stepdaughters, Courtney Nowlin and Kimberly Doty; and her stepgrandchildren, Val Shaw, Nancy Cumberland and Lorna Atkins.
