He is survived by: his children, George Lewis of Great Bend, KS, Darlene Wadsworth (James) of Great Bend, KS, James Williams of Oklahoma and Sally Jo Hulsing (Roger) of Seneca, KS; his grandchildren, Tessa Steele (Steve) of St. Marys, PA, Tiffany Andersen (Tanner) of Wamego, KS, Tabitha Cramer (Tom) of Marysville, KS, Darrin Blocker (Shantell) of Bern, KS and Danielle Blocker of Seneca, KS; his stepgranddaughters, Shelby Hulsing of Sabetha, KS, Brie Hulsing (Brett Hendrickson) of Ponca City, OK and Kymra Frye (Austin) of Seneca, KS; and his siblings, Hazel Broughman (Melvin) of New Bern, NC, Hilda D'Amico of New Bern, NC and Claude Hittle of Marysville. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
