He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, John W. Lacy II (Laura) of Broken Arrow, OK and Kristal Lacy (Jared Hurt) of Bixby, OK; his grandchildren, Grant Lacy, Campbell Lacy and Lily Hurt; and his siblings, Marguret Ensign (David) of Lexington Park, Maryland and Loren Lacy (Sheryl Fincham). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
