He was predeceased by : his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Welch (Vlasin); his sister Jean Marie Kenny; and his son David Lee Welch. He is survived by : his children, Michael Welch (Anita) and Susan Welch; his daughter-in-law Kelly Welch; and his grandchildren, Keith, Kate, Eric, Shawn, Dan and Kyle.
