He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Layman and Dorothy Layman (Hickman); and his brother Larry Layman. He is survived by: his wife Dee; his daughters, Sherry Layman of Lincoln, NE, Amy Krogman (Joe) and Joy Wilkinson; his grandchildren, Jammie Layman of Las Vegas, NV, Logan of Marysville, Ryleigh of Marysville, Morgan of Marysville and Kendra Wilkinson of Marysville; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Amari.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar Kinsley Mortuary (1006 Broadway St, Marysville, KS 66508). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wyuka Funeral Home and Cemetery (3600 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
