Steven Koppes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Koppes of Marysville, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Koppes and Octivia Koppes; and his brother Anthony Koppes. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Barton; his son Kevin Morris of Blue Springs, NE; his siblings, John Koppes and Mary Schreiner of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Patrick Morris, Glinda Morris, Serenity Smith and Kyla Morris; his great grandchildren, Roman Smith, Henry Smith, Hazel Smith and Aurora Morris; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Schreiner and Chris Schreiner (Courtney).
A memorial fund has been established to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
