He was predeceased by: his parent Vernie E. Collins; his brother Kenny Collins; and his daughter Jeris Wunderlich. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Wunderlich (Dodson); his sons, Craig Collins of Elmdale, Michael Wunderlich (Amber) of Derby and Gabriel Wunderlich (Marlana) of Peadmont; his mother Hazel Collins (Ramsey) of Cottonwood Falls; and his siblings, Verna Buttel of Strong City, Dennis Collins (Shirley) of Strong City, Hazel Snyder, Wanda Hager of Florence and Paul Collins of Strong City. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
