He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Gertrude LaClair (Eteeyan); his wife Diane Murillo; his father George LaClair; and his brother Floyd LaClair. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda LaClair of Mayetta, KS and Jill Anderson (Fran) of Salina, KS; and his grandchildren, Denae, Chris, Joey and Brandon. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
