He is survived by: his children, Donita "Doni" Deal-Carter of Nowata, OK, Eva Eteeyan of Topeka, KS and Scott Eteeyan of Mayetta, KS; his siblings, Mary LeClere of Mayetta, KS, Donita LeClere of Mayetta, KS, Rosemary Eteeyan and John LeClere of Mayetta, KS; his grandchildren, Harrison, Heather, Mosin, Montana, Vernon, Austin, Henry, Lincoln, Aiden, Lucinda and Mariah; and his great grandchild Rosalie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mercer Funeral Home - Holton (1101 W 4th St, Holton, KS 66436). A wake will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at the Danceground Building. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson Potts Cemetery.
