He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sister Joanne Marco of Sheboygan, WI.; his children, Lee Dzwonkowski of Mayetta, KS, Kathy Dzwonkowski and Bettie "Liz" Lavin of Manchester, MO; and his grandsons, Timothy M, David M "Dana" Lavin and Scott Dzwonkowski.
