He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Gath and Beverly Gath (Froseth); and his siblings, Lee Gath, Dan Gath and Cindy Swanson.
He is survived by: his sons, Matt Gath (Dana) of Girard, KS and Jesse Gath (Rebecca) of Coffeyville, KS; his stepdaughter Danaya Baert (Colten) of Cherokee, KS; and his brothers, Terry Gath of Neck City, MO and Erik Gath of Weir, KS. He is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to assist with final expenses.
