He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Irene Tullis Sullivan; his brothers, Andy Sullivan (Cory) of McLouth and Nick Sullivan of McLouth; his nieces and nephews, Andrea Carlisle (Chris), Michael Jensen, Lilly Jensen, Henry Jensen, Brady Sullivan (Brittany), Garrett Sullivan (Baylee), Carter Sullivan, Blake Sullivan and Wyatt Sullivan; his great-nieces, Jo Jo, Lou Lou and CeCe; and his great-nephew Dawson.
