He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Phillips and Lavon Phillips (Wilson). He is survived by: his son Otis Jr. (Mandy); and his grandchildren, Eli Phillips (Kacie) and Josie Collins (Sam).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of McLouth (501 S Union St, McLouth, KS 66054). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
