With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Adella R. Parks (McPherson, Kansas), born in Alma, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2026 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Bohn and Ruth Bohn (Berroth); her husband Clement Roy Parks, Jr.; her siblings, Charles, Delbert, Dave, Jean and Bernice; her sons, Monty and Gordon; her son-in-law Robert Carlson; and her grandchildren, Shayna Pritchard, Cole, Cody Parks and Atcher Nading.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Parks of McPherson, KS, Tim Parks of Rifle, CO, Brenda Carlson of St. Augustine, FL and Rebecca Pritchard (Chuck Pritchard) of De Beque, CO; her siblings, Judy Oppenlander of Wamego, KS and Larry Bohn of Alma, KS; her siblings-in-law, Richard Parks of Wichita, KS and Maxine Bohn of McPherson, KS; her grandchildren, Andriea, Jason, Danny, Krystal, James, Kristin, Tyler, Shanda, Kesley, Devon, Brianna, Emma, Andrew, Jeff, Jenny, Dayna, Lyndsy, Sherra, Becky and Heather; her great grandchildren, Courtney, Macy, Skyler, Ava, Jillian, Colby, Jayd, Cassie, Destany, Landen, Mya, Jace, Jesse, Brooklyn, Ellie, Elijah, Jaden, Rhian, Ridge, Rhett, Rooks, Kannon, Hattie, Jerrett, Juliette, Amaya, Brittney, Baylee, Brayden, Eli, Kaden, Traetyn, Kynnidy, Allyson, Abram, Andrew, Aubrey, Blake, Lucas, Bridger, Lana, Tayt and Noa; and her great great grandchildren, Zander and Bekann.
