He is survived by: his sister Nancy Woodruff (David) of Wichita, KS; his sibling's children, Brandon, Kristin and Ryan; his sister-in-law Laura Tidd (Julie) of Crown Point, IN; and his sibling's children, Josh Tidd (Emily), Ezekiel, Eva, Alice of Lincoln, NE, Joel Tidd (Leslie), Micah of Bremerton, WA, Jason Alatidd (Kaitlyn) of Topeka, KS, Jonathan Tidd (Ellen), Charlotte of Manhattan, KS, Jennifer Tidd of Shawnee, KS and Jessica Stovall (RJ) of Emporia, KS.
Dan had lived in Wichita from 1979 – 2015, when he moved back to McPherson to help care first for his mom as she battled Alzheimer's, and then for his dad as he battled lung issues and declining health.
