We are sad to announce that, on January 12, 2026, at the age of 71, Dennis Rippe in McPherson, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Rippe and Eva Mae Rippe; his mother-in-law Ruth Gerdes; and his nephew Ryan Darling. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Josh McClure of Kansas City, MO; his sons, Derek Rippe of Weston, CT and Ben Rippe of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Braeden McClure (Riley), Melia McClure and Isaiah McClure; his sisters, Beverly Jones, Faye Darling (Larry) and Lisa Rippe; his father-in-law Marv Gerdes; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Gerdes (Debbie), Mike Gerdes (Stephanie) and Kimberly Gerdes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.
The family suggests contributions can be made to Rock of KC Church, Auburn Public Schools Foundation, or Monarch Hospice and Palliative Care.
