He is survived by : his parents, Glen W. Cummings of Utah and Jean R. Cummings (Kendell) of Tooele, UT; his wife Shilo La Fon of McPherson, KS; his children, Natasha, Spencer, Lillee of Cheyenne, D. J. and SkylaRae; his siblings, Dennis Stephens of Ogden, UT and Shawna of Tooele, UT; his grandchildren, Jammie and Jasmine; and his mother-in-law Machelle Carter of McPherson, KS. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
