It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marybeth M. Anderson (McPherson, Kansas), born in Newton, Kansas, who passed away on June 9, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Kaufman and Edith Kaufman; and her siblings, Marvelyn Gray and George Kaufman. She is survived by: her spouse Dale Anderson of McPherson; her children, Ronald Anderson (Darla) of McPherson, Pamela Nelson (Arvard) of McPherson and Michael Anderson (Vicki) of Elyria; her brothers, Pete Kaufman (Anna) of Elyria and Daniel Kaufman (Gayla) of Wichita; her grandchildren, Caleb Anderson (Jessica), Heather Platt (Kyle), James Mickley (Emily), Matthew Nelson (Sarah), Timothy Nelson (Jamie), Bri Leighty (Michael), Brekken Anderson and Bret Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Nola, Clover, Orin and Jessie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elyria Christian School or Countryside Covenant Church and they can be sent in care of the Glidden - Ediger Funeral Home; 222 West Euclid Street; McPherson, Kansas 67460.
