He is survived by: his wife Cheryl K Johnson; his children, Patrick Dustin Johnson, Nadine Allen (Joe) and Todd Bowman (Jodi); and his sisters, Marsha Lay, Dianne Hrabe and Peggy Hamilton (Harold). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
