He is survived by: his children, Sherri Horun of McPherson, KS, Scott Ulsaker (Angie) of El Reno, OK, Tamara Wenthe (Rich) of Claremore, OK, Todd Ulsaker (Mary) of Topeka, KS and Melissa Esselman (Alex) of Kansas City, KS; his niece Patty Oberg (Ron) of Wichita, KS; and his siblings, Lara Lauder of Provo, UT, Jerry Nichols (Roxanne) of Smithfield, VA, Connie Pope (Chester) of Hayes, VA, Carol Washburn of Williamsburg, VA and George Nichols (Carol) of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
