He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nutter and Lois Nutter (Hunt); his siblings, Don and Lorita; and his grandson Benjamin McLean.
He is survived by: his wife Luella A. Vogts; and his children, Kevin (Debby) of Ramona, Brent and Sheila McLean (Andy) of McPherson.
A memorial has been established with the Grace Lutheran Church, McPherson, in care of Olson's Mortuary, P.O. Box 355, Canton, Kansas 67428.
