It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis A. Near of Meade, Kansas, born in Lyons, Kansas, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Vester Near and Delpa Near (Nett); and his sister Keri Wooley. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Mikulecky; his children, Beau (Heather Near), Dylin (Kylah Near) and Kati Near of Ellinwood, Kansas; his sister Koni Hendricks of Raymond, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Paxton and Gertie.
