He is survived by : his mother Patsy Jean Rogers (Dunlap) of Coldwater, KS; his wife Bobbi Rogers of Meade, KS; his children, Steadman Rogers of Oakland, CA, Laci Furr (Josh) of Turpin, OK, Travis Rogers (Emily) of Parker, CO, Brandt Rogers (Haily) of Ness City, KS, Miguel Rogers of Oakland, CA and Ricky Rogers of Meade, KS; his grandchildren, Lily Elise Rogers, Ami Matsui-Rogers, Peyton Joshua Furr, Lennox Jae Furr, Calum Byron Rogers, Oliver Quay Rogers and Cannon Everett Rogers; and his siblings, Edwin Rogers (Andrea) of Coldwater, KS and Diana Thompson (Richard) of Coldwater, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.

“I am truly saddened to learn of Leon's passing. It wasn't until yesterday(4/16) that I found this out. Leon was a great man and from the time I got to know him, he sure had great character, a great man. And I was lucky to get to know him. I surely enjoyed our weekly conversations during my delivery down at Panhandle. Sending my condolences to his family. Reside In Paradise my friend.”
