He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Albert and Marie Mozeik (Sloss); and his sister Diana Lydon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Grguras of Meade; his daughter Andrea Holub (David) of Newkirk, Oklahoma; his granddaughter Rose Holub of Newkirk, Oklahoma; and his brother Kenneth Mozeik (Cheryl) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family would welcome memorials to St. John Lutheran Church or Common Spirit Hospice in care of the funeral home.
