Pete D. Bartel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pete D. Bartel of Meade, Kansas, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter B. Bartel and Sarah Bartel (Doerksen); his wife Janet Louise Isaac; and his siblings, Bernhard Bartel (Ben), Menno Bartel, Lena Friesen and Marie Plett.
He is survived by: his children, Myron Bartel (Kelly) of Pratt, Gordon Bartel of Meade, Cindy Friesen (Mike) of Meade and Vonda Ronen (Jack) of Wichita, Kansas; and his brother Henry Bartel of Manitoba, Canada. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
The family would welcome memorials to the Church of the Nazarene in care of Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, Meade.
