He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Palmer and Onita Palmer (Hignight); his children, Cindy Palmer and Kenny Dickerson; and his sister Wanda Jo Palmer of Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Malone of Meade; his children, Resi Ross (Mick) of Meade, Rollie Palmer (Ricci) of Lee's Summit, Tawanna Groth (Bryan), Rick LeBrun (Holly) and George Dickerson (Temple); his siblings, Conny Palmer of Shamrock and Nekita Mercer of Richardson, Texas; his grandchildren, Mattie Huelskamp (Luke), Chayse Ross (Elizabeth), Grace Karlin and Mason Karlin; and his great grandchildren, Rexten, Miley, Hadley and Dahlia.
The family would welcome memorials to the Shriner's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
