It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Wittman of Meade, Kansas, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Wittman and Amolia Wittman (Schneider); his wife Joyce Darlene Schrott; and his siblings, Elmer Wittman, Leroy Wittman, Florene Ummel and Edna Ummel.

He is survived by: his son Kelly Wittman (Joni) of Dodge City, Kansas; his grandson Alec Wittman of Haviland, Kansas; and his sisters, Arlene Davis (Marvin) and Violet Black of Great Bend, Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family would welcome memorials to the Meade United Methodist Church or the Lone Tree Retirement Center Activities Fund in care of the funeral home.
