Robert Lee Haberman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Lee Haberman of Meade, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 24, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Lee Haberman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Haberman and Hulda Haberman (Boese); his brother Roger; and his sisters-in-law, Jan Haberman and Vicki Haberman.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Suppes of Michael's Catholic Church; his children, Cindy Hagemeier (Fred) of Meade, KS, Linda Davis (Doug) of Meade, KS, Sandy Haberman of Meade, KS, Brian Cox of Meade, KS, Julie Burtis (Burt) of Garden City, KS and Robert Haberman (Joanne) of Woodward, OK; and his siblings, Don Haberman of Olympia, WA and Betty Hulsey (Gary) of Larned, KS.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Filder-Orme-Bachman Mortuary (212 S Fowler St, Meade, KS 67864). A vigil service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (500 W Carthage St, Meade, KS 67864). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John Catholic Church or a local animal shelter of your choice, in honor of Bob's love for his faith and his pets.
