It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodger D. Klotz of Meade, Kansas, born in Englewood, Kansas, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Max Klotz and Mary Klotz (Butts); his wife Cordelia Ann Dillon; and his siblings, Raymond, Harold, Larry Klotz and Betty Osburn.

He is survived by : his former life partner Leatha Crober; his children, Rodgina Duvall of Kiowa, Eugenia Kay Porter (Kenneth) of Meade, Robie Blackburn (Georgia) of Meade, Stacy Blackburn of Stanbeau and Phillip Blackburn of Hueysville, Kentucky; and his brother Jerry Klotz of Lakin, Kansas. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would welcome memorials to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home.
