Willard E. Glasgow Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard E. Glasgow of Meade, Kansas, who passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Willard farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Willard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Glasgow and Vada Glasgow (Parker); and his brothers, Bobby and Gary Glasgow. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Glasgow (Rose) of Berthoud, Colorado and Russell Glasgow; his wife Dawn Unruh (Kory) of Meade, Kansas; his stepdaughter Tena Wright of Fredonia, Kansas; and his sister Margaret Ellen McGee (Vernon) of Chanute, Kansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

The family would welcome memorials to the Meade District Hospital Memorial Fund in care of Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, Meade.
