She was predeceased by: her parents, James Melvin and Opal Jones (Tredway); her husband David Bell; and her siblings, Wallace Jones, Marvin Jones, Melvin Jones, Carolyn Leigan and Virginia Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Melanie Hermstein (Travis) of Iola, Ginger Allman (Bruce) of Wichita, Kansas, David "DJ" Bell (Angie) of Dripping Springs and Lucas Bell (Kelly) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; her grandchildren, Travis Hermstein, Peyton Allman, Owen Allman, Logan Bell, Brock Bell, Tyler Bell, Taylor Bell, Carson Bell and Kennedy Bell; her sister Joann Motter (Chuck); and her sisters-in-law, Melba Jones and Barbara Jones.
