He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Leo T. Casey Jr., Mary Patricia Casey (Lynch), Freddie Thompson and Jeannie Thompson (Stone). He is survived by : his parents, Frieda Casey (Thompson) of Overland Park and Mike Casey; his close friends, Ryan and Kristen Burroughs; his wife Mary Casey (Hoeller) of Merriam; his sister Megan Casey of Overland Park; and also, Doug and Elaine Hoffman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
