With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan M. Wise of Milan, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert John Schauf and Irene Schauf (Biggs); her brothers, Harold Schauf (Earl) and David Schauf; and her son Jacob Wise.
She is survived by: her son Joe Wise (Melissa) of Harper, Kansas; her daughter-in-law Milagrosa Wise of Wichita, Kansas; her siblings, Marvin Schauf of Clearwater, Kansas, Ivan Schauf of Colwich, Kansas, Carl Schauf of Haysville, Kansas and Mary Margaret Talbert of Haysville, Kansas; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Paige, Brooke and Katie Wise. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Conway Springs, Kansas.
