The memory of Charles E. Atkinson of Minneapolis, Kansas, who passed away on August 13, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Atkinson and Esther Atkinson (Salstrand); his brothers, Lawrence, Melvin, Don and Les; and his sister-in-law Darlene Atkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hess; and his children, Rick (Pam), Phil (Vicky), Jarilyn Louden (Terry) and K. Scot. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren.
Memorials are to Central Christian College of Kansas or the Hall Wesleyan Church and may be left in care of the funeral home.
