We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Frances E. Frain of Minneapolis, Kansas, born in Beloit, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis "Stub" Meter and Alcena Van Meter (Wheeler); her husband Dick; and her sisters, Norlene Parrish (Jack) and Nancy Lott.

She is survived by : her children, Sheldon Frain (Denise) and Barbara Lafata (Frank); and her brother-in-law Tom Lott.
