He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Albert Rush and Josephine Rush; his stepchildren, Sherry Gudenhauf, Lisa, Doug Lee, Buddy Hess and Amber Barnett; and his stepgrandchildren, Blake, Devon, Karsyn, Riley, Dawson and Dax.
