It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lona A. Jost of Minneapolis, Kansas, born in Kinsley, Kansas, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Glen E. Small; her grandson Kingston McCready; her aunt Thelma Morgan; and her sisters, Loretta Belle and Lorraine Camilla.
She is survived by: her mother Carolee Mae Failer (Dixon); her siblings, Marc Small (Erin), Dallas Small and Spencer Small; her daughters, Darla Merriman (Justin), Courtnee Trostle (Bailey), Ma Kayla Jost and Lynzee Jost (Zach McCready); and her grandchildren, Brynlee Trostle, Brantlee, Bentlee Trostle and Kashton McCready.
