He was predeceased by : his parents, Ollie Neva (Wolfersperger) and Vincent John Pieschl, Sr.; his wives, Harriett Pieschl and Nancy Pieschl; and his brothers, Vincent Jr. Pieschl and Francis "Bones" Pieschl.

He is survived by : his sons, Rick Pieschl of Minneapolis, Greg Pieschl of Minneapolis and Dave Pieschl (Michelle) of Marysville, Kansas; his grandchildren, Zach Pieschl, Gabe, Gavin, Emma Blumer, Tara Blumer, Alyssa O'Neil (Sean), Melanie Weeks (Dan), Derek and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Will Weeks, Toby Weeks and Elliott Weeks; and his brother DeVere Pieschl of Healy, Alaska..
